Hi friends!

I’m Paula, the founder of Phases of Healing. I am both an educational leader and intuitive practitioner and my work is rooted in guiding growth, self-awareness and transformation in meaningful ways.

At my core, I am a transformational facilitator and integrator who brings together healing, learning and human connection to support both individual and collective growth. My work goes beyond teaching or healing. I create experiences that help people see themselves differently, move into action, and expand into who they are becoming.

My work centers on guiding transformation through insight, energy and deep human connection, not by force, but through presence, perception and invitation.

This way of seeing and experiencing the world has been with me since I was young. It isn’t something I learned later in life, but something I’ve been reconnecting with.

I was a magical child, always playing with fairies, talking to the trees, and dancing under the moon. From an early age, I felt deeply connected to the unseen and was drawn to witchcraft, folklore and spiritual practices. I began learning tarot at 10 years old, and since then tarot and oracle cards have remained a consistent part of my spiritual path, along with honoring the cycles of the moon.

As I grew into adulthood, I followed a more traditional path, earning a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and building a career as a school administrator. Like many, I reached a point where I felt disconnected, caught between the responsibilities of career and family and a quiet knowing that something within me had been set aside.

At Phases of Healing, we believe that everyone is divine, love is the highest frequency, and that we are here to learn, heal and transform into our most authentic, spiritual selves. In doing this, we heal ourselves, each other, and the world.

Our mission is to provide intuitively created products and services for every phase of your life and your healing journey.

We value authenticity, accessibility, personal growth, community and collaboration.

Accessibility is an important part of this work, and that includes affordability. Offerings are priced at different levels to support a range of needs, with the intention that there is something available for every phase of life and healing. Some experiences, such as certifications and firewalks, include returning participant discounts, and festival offerings always include something free.

With every offering, there is an exchange of energy. Participants are invited to be conscious of and intentional with the energy they bring, especially in group spaces, so that each experience remains supportive, healing and empowering for all.

I work with individuals who feel called to understand themselves more deeply and reconnect with their intuition. Many are navigating periods of change, growth, or transition and are seeking a way to move forward with clarity, intention, and alignment.

My work is especially aligned with those who believe in the power of personal growth and are ready to take an active role in their healing journey. They are open, curious and willing to explore both the practical and energetic aspects of transformation.

This work is not about quick fixes, but about returning to your most authentic self through awareness, healing and connection.

My Work: Phases of Healing

Phases of Healing was created as a way to reconnect with that part of myself and to integrate my professional and spiritual worlds. Through this work, I combine my experience as an educator and facilitator with intuitive and energetic practices to create workshops, experiences and sessions that support both personal development and deeper healing.

As a Reiki Master, Integrated Energy Therapy® Master Instructor, certified Firewalk Facilitator, and Unity Field Healing practitioner, I guide individuals through healing experiences that support clarity, alignment and transformation. My work is both structured and intuitive, helping people not only understand their experiences, but move through them with intention.

Over the years, I have learned to trust my intuition and the guidance I receive. Much of my work is intuitive or channeled, and is rooted in a strong belief in collaboration, community, and following what is presented in the moment. I currently partner with other practitioners and offer services across multiple spaces, creating opportunities for connection and shared growth.

Astrology has become an unexpected but deeply integrated part of both my life and my work. Alongside the Enneagram and other frameworks for self-discovery, it offers a way to understand patterns, purpose, and the ongoing process of growth and integration. While these tools may not always be explicitly named, they influence how I see, support and guide others.

My own chart and Enneagram type have been powerful tools for reflection.

The Role of Astrology and Self-Discovery in My Work

As a Taurus sun, I am grounded, loyal, and deeply connected to the physical and natural world. I value comfort, beauty and stability, while also learning to move through resistance and growth.

With a Gemini moon, I am naturally curious and constantly learning. My thoughts and emotions move quickly and I am drawn to understanding, questioning, and exploring new ideas. This energy shows up in my love of learning, teaching and creating space for exploration.

As a Leo rising, I am meant to be seen and to lead with authenticity. This part of me is bold, expressive and creative. Embracing this energy led me to become a certified Firewalk Instructor, where I now guide others through powerful, transformational experiences.

As an Enneagram Type 4, I am deeply introspective and attuned to meaning, identity and emotional depth. This perspective supports my ability to hold space for others as they explore who they are, move through their experiences and reconnect with their authentic selves.

Together, these frameworks shape how I move through the world and how I hold space for others. They reflect the balance of grounded structure, curiosity, emotional depth and bold transformation that is present in all of my work.
