Energy Healing Specials
Back to School Healing Special - The start of the school year falls during Virgo season, making it a great time to start new routines and focus on your well being. This session will include an overall cleansing of your energetic field, followed by chakra balancing. This can be performed with hands on or hovering above the body. Each session includes a brief check-in with intention setting followed by a debrief to at the end of the session. Participants will recieve a reflection sheet with astrological information, journal prompts and any notes from the session.

During healing sessions, your comfort is a priority. As a result, sessions can take place lying on a massage table, reclined in a gravity lounge chair or on the floor using a yoga mat and various props. Blankets and bolsters are avalaible for additional comfort and support. Each energy healing modality can be also be performed touch free with hands hovering above the body and working around your energy field only.
Distance Healing options are also available upon request.

During a session, you might feel increased relaxation and calm, emotional release, a tingling or floating sensation, change in temperature, etc. You may also fall asleep. You should not feel pain, discomfort or distress during a session. Immediately inform the practioner if this happens so we can discuss whether or not to contnue.
After a session you may feel tired, energized, emotional, etc. Listen to your body and drink lots of water in the days following your session.
