Restore Balance, Realign and Return to Yourself
Phases of Healing offers energy healing sessions designed to support balance, clarity and a deeper connection to yourself. Each session is guided with care and intention, creating space for you to slow down, regulate and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels supportive and aligned.
We begin with a brief check-in and intention setting. After your session, there will be time for integration and reflection. You will also receive a reflection sheet that may include astrological insights, journal prompts, and notes to support your continued process.
Your comfort and sense of safety are always a priority. You are encouraged to choose what feels best for your body and your experience. Sessions can take place lying on a massage table, reclined in a gravity lounge chair, or on a yoga mat with supportive props. Blankets and bolsters are available for additional comfort.
All sessions can be offered with light touch or completely touch-free, working within your energy field based on your preference. Distance healing sessions are also available upon request.
These sessions are designed to support your energy, clarity and overall sense of alignment.

Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) Session
An energy healing session that supports the release of stored emotional patterns, working with angelic energy to create space for healing, balance and growth.
Unity Field Healing (UFH) Session
A multi-session healing experience that works with higher-level, cosmic energy to support deep alignment, personal transformation and connection to your higher self.
Reiki Session
A gentle, foundational energy healing session that supports relaxation, balance and overall well-being.
Session Enhancements
Grounding Mat - A supportive experience designed to help stabilize your energy and promote regulation.
Amethyst Infrared Mat - A warm, restorative experience to support relaxation, alignment and energetic balance.
Labyrinth Mat - A walking meditation experience to support reflection, intention setting and transformation.
These optional items can be added to your session to support relaxation, regulation and deeper integration.
Group Healing Sessions and Activations
A guided group experience for connection, reflection and collective healing.
Sessions may include sound healing, guided meditation, energy work, oracle readings, intuitive messages, and seasonal or themed experiences. Group sessions are typically touch-free, with energy channeled into the space and supported through sound, intention and guided experience.

After Your Session
After your session, you may notice shifts in your energy, emotions, or physical body as things continue to integrate. It is helpful to drink water, rest and give yourself space to notice what you are feeling. Listening to your body and allowing time for integration can support the healing process. You will also receive a reflection sheet with insights and prompts to help you continue processing and connecting with your experience.
