Firewalking is the ancient practice of walking barefoot across a bed of hot embers or stones. Found in cultures around the world, it is often used as a powerful ritual for spiritual growth, energetic transformation, and personal empowerment. Many engage in firewalking to confront fear, release limiting beliefs, and awaken inner strength. As part of a healing journey, the fire becomes a symbolic force—burning away what no longer serves and igniting clarity, courage, and renewal.

About Firewalking
Attending a firewalk is a commitment. The fire takes several hours to burn and an exact walk time is not always easy to predict. While the fire burns, walkers participate in a variety of discussions, meditations and energy building activities. This workshop is incredibly important as it helps build community amongst the group and energetically prepares you for the firewalk. By the time the coals are ready, walkers are feeling empowered, connected and supported.

Firewalk Testimonial
"Saturday evening I did my 2nd fire walk with Paula from Phases of Healing. These experiences have not only led to huge transformations in my life, they've been life changing. The empowerment you feel is unlike anything I've ever experienced. The healing that follows, even months later, is amazing. They have made me a better person. And you dont just get an instructor. She is a mentor, a beautiful soul inside and out, and she truly cares about what she does. She's so kind, passionate and thoughtful. I consider her to be a friend and cannot wait to join her next fire walk in November. If you have not considered this before, please do, there's nothing more badass than saying I walked on fire!!! And the connection you get from the people with you is priceless! Thank you Paula for helping me to remember who I am, and that I am powerful! You've helped me in so many ways. You are a true gem."
