Group Energy Healing Sessions and Activations
Energy and Sound Healing Sessions - Prior to the start of the session, an energetic portal or bubble is created within the space to enhance the energy being called in. During a session, participants relax in restorative postures and listens to the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and other instruments, while energy work is completed above and around you.
Galactic Energetic Activation - This group session will celebrate the Lion's Gate Portal with an energetic activation to support spirtual growth and transformation. This will be done by using crystals, sound, guided prompts and oracle cards to call in the Sirian energy and the activations most needed by the group.
Group Angelic Healing Session - This group session includes, the healing sounds of crystal bowls, guided meditation to help you get in touch with angelic energy and guides, angel oracle card pulls to guide the healing energy and prompts to help promote your own healing. This session will not include hands on energy healing. The energy will be channeled into the space and to you.

During a session, you might feel increased relaxation and calm, emotional release, a tingling or floating sensation, change in temperature, etc. You may also fall asleep. You should not feel pain, discomfort or distress during a session. Immediately inform the practioner if this happens so we can discuss whether or not to contnue.
After a session you may feel tired, energized, emotional, etc. Listen to your body and drink lots of water in the days following your session.
